In 2018 I won the Silver Award in the Microsite category for the Minnesota Timberwolves’ New Logo Unveil site, recognizing my work as Senior Web Developer on the project.
On April 11, 2017 at the last home game of the season, the Minnesota Timberwolves unveiled the centerpiece of the brand redesign – the new, modernized logo. During the in-arena halftime show, we launched a unique landing page giving fans a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the logo. The site I developed features multiple interactive elements to educate fans on the development and symbolism of the new logo, along with custom video content. Additionally, this landing page showcases the use of ‘horizon scrolling’, a form of parallax that provides a unique user experience while navigating through the site.
